To my neglected tribe; They’re baa-aack!
Wow, it’s been a long time since I connected with you. I missed you, but know that during this time I’m restructuring my business model and focus so that I can reach more people who want to advance their success, joy, and ease.
After extensive research, I realized that I could expand my reach and service by becoming an “HR Ally.” Human Resources professionals get frustrated at all the responsibilities and tasks that keep them from helping the “Human” In human resources. So many people would become engaged and effective, adding to profitability and productivity, if they had a professional to help them with their goals and their obstacles.
That’s what I do.
It’s pretty hard to get employees to believe that they make a difference if their company doesn’t take the time to listen or help them find the work that fires them up. That’s what engagement is.
People who are a flight risk are not being served in a way that feeds their soul and allows them to express their strengths and values to the advantage and benefit of the company. They feel neglected and unappreciated.
When they are engaged, they get to apply their superpowers in a place that appreciates them. They can see a path to empowerment and contributing to the well-being of their fellow employees and the common good.
Yes, I’m still helping those in transition to get grounded in who they are and what they’re going to do when they grow up. Transformation Coaching is a part of who I am, so don’t hesitate to reach out when you find yourself at a launch point without direction.
